"The hotel was well maintained and very clean. The decor of lobby and outdoor space was bery nice. We had a very small room and the stairs to it were quite steep. We should have requested a ground level room, so if booking this hotel, ask for this immediately. This was in a great location near many restaurants and other amenities like grocery stores and the tube."

"Great location. Compact room but near to covent garden and has everything I needed for a short stay in Central London."

"Although our room was very small, it worked for us for the 8 nights of our stay. We are grateful to the staff who immediately took care of the few requests we made ( wash cloths, ice, and extra towels). Since the room was so small we would have benefitted from having 1-2 hooks to hang towels and a soap dish in the shower. We also let them know the shower clogged after 1-2 minutes in the shower."
