We had a great stay at this hotel! The registration process was very easy and straightforward. We checked in, provided our details, paid the resort fee, and were settled in without any hassle. The pool was lovely, and the breakfast was really good with a nice variety of options. Our room was comfortable and clean, and overall the hotel was a great place to stay. The only issue we experienced was that the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. We contacted maintenance, and rather than making us wait for it to be fixed, the hotel moved us to another room. We really appreciated how quickly they handled the situation. The hospitality was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was kind, respectful, helpful, and welcoming. The location was also very convenient—it’s super close to the airport and directly across the street from the shopping outlets, which made it really easy to get around and do some shopping. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again!

Everything was Great. Staff was amazing! I forget this guy’s name he made us drinks and he was serving drinks at night on feb 24. He is such a sweet person! We wanted to say by before we leave but i guess opposite shift!! The front desk crew was so sweet!! Every-time we needed something it was delivered in room pretty fast!

Friendly. Clean. The toilets don't really flush so I'm glad we were there for only 10 hours.. But it's close to the airport and the air conditioning worked well. So there's that. We also got a shuttle back to the airport which was very helpful.

Staff was great and the airport shuttle was convenient. At first appearance, the hotel looks fine. But the hallway floors need replacing and the linens were torn and stained. The pool is not as pictured. The cabanas barely had cushions and if they did, they were ripped and unusable. The pool loungers were also broken. The pool area is a complete disappointment. The hotel did feel safe and secure and there was a restaurant and breakfast which I didn't use.

Overall, it was okay because they do provide transportation to and from the airport. There is also a pool and an outlet across the street for you to walk to if you get hungry or would like to shop. On the contrary, the hotel has no small rags to shower with. There is also no microwave and the breakfast is not equivalent to what you would get in the United States. Lastly, for dinner they charge you to eat. The price of the hotel does not reflect the amenities and service you get.

I had a very disappointing experience with the shuttle service. I called 24 hours ahead to confirm my booking and was told it was confirmed. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk to reconfirm, but after waiting 30 minutes—and then over an hour—no shuttle arrived. During this time, calls to the hotel were either not answered or abruptly hung up after they had already “confirmed” the shuttle. After nearly two hours, I had to arrange my own transportation. The front desk showed little concern or effort to help. While the room, food, and cleanliness were fine, the service did not meet Marriott standards. If you want a convenient trip, I recommend staying at a better hotel or in a different area.
