"Booking the restaurants is such a complicated thing to do. My wife and I waited at the stake house in a line for 35 minutes. The host would not grant us entrance to the restaurant although we had booked at 7:00 pm. They make it complicated to go to the restaurants so, guests just keep on going to the buffet. We’ll never go back to this hotel. "

"On the whole, the food was okay. However, the temperature of the food could improve and the fruits were bland. Pool area is lovely and what's not to like about a beautiful beach and the ocean. The wildlife is awesome and the flammingos strutting through the lobby are hilarious! Our room was clean and neat. The staff were all friendly."

"This was the nicest family resort that I’ve ever been to. The food was amazing, I’ve never been to a place with such a friendly attentive staff. Pool was great and huge. Extremely beautiful, clean and well taken care of property. After traveling around the Caribbean for 20 plus years this place impressed me the most. "

"The staff were just lovely people. Friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The beach is fantastic. The room service menu could use some work however. While the breakfast menu was good, we were unimpressed by the mid day offerings. The facilities were lovely. Only real complaint was the music at the poolbar. I come to the beach to hear the sound of the beach and the occasional kid laughing or screaming. But listening to amplified music on the beach is a big no no. "
