"My stay at Purana Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the people were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The property itself was immaculate. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well maintained. Not once did I notice any odors or critters, which made the space feel even more relaxing and comfortable.
One of my favorite little touches was the welcome drink. It was so good that it quickly became my go-to drink during my stay.

"To be 100% honest ,me and my family liked this villa. The villa admin and employees were very friendly.Pool was clean but the water was still cold due to ambient temp.
Rooms were clean and none of the insects were seen in the rooms.Villa area is in a very silent place. It took us 10mins to go to any sightseeing places by taxi.
Overall the price and the quality matches together. We will definitly choose this villa again for out future visits."

The beautiful small houses are set perfectly in the natural environment by the river.
It really is an environment for wellness and healing.
The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is incredibly nice.

"The breakfast was great, and the staff were wonderful, but unfortunately, the room experience was very disappointing. The room was full of bugs, and we had to deal with mosquitoes, geckos, and even ants on the bed. It made it extremely difficult to sleep comfortably at night. While I appreciate the hospitality and the good breakfast, the cleanliness and pest issue seriously affected our overall experience."

"Kami merasa nyaman selama tinggal di Ubad Retreat, mulai dari pelayanan receptionist, pelayanan breakfast, billing. Semuanya berjalan cukup smooth, ramah dan kekeluargaan.
Hal-hal yang memuaskan :
1. Pelayanan ramah dan kekeluargaan
2. Suasana hotel sangat menenangkan seperti suasana pedesaan
3. Kamar luas dan bersih
4. Kamar mandi juga sangat luas (menurut saya terlalu luas)
5. Breakfast cukup okay
6. Massage servicenya okay banget

"Well beyond expectation. Looking at the pictures before our stay, we thought it was going to be a so-so experience because the hotel doesnt look as big as others around the area. However, our experience was wonderful! Service was flawless, quick, and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, and it truly felt like a 5 star experience.
Minor feedback is on how thin the walls felt as we can clearly hear noises from outside or from our neighbors. "

"Where would I start to describe this outstanding hotel? Having already booked in for ten days, which is a rarity in itself I returned to spend the last week of my month long trip in Bali here.
What did I like? EVERYTHING. It ticked every box. Undoubtedly the most comfortable bed I have slept in in a long time. Peace, quite - amazingly manicured grounds. Two stunning pools to choose from to toast yourself.
The people make it, the Balinese clearly understand hospitality on the whole and I can...

"Friendly host. The room was updated so it looked nice. There were spiders and spider webs so the place needed improvement with cleaning. I also had a hard time sleeping due to noises from people in the kitchen and roosters crowing. I’m talking early morning like 4/5am. But the cost of the room was cheap."

"The staff members were exceptionally kind and accommodating. It was truly the best service I have experienced, provided without the expectation of a tip for every small gesture. Our group of four was treated like royalty throughout our stay. I would certainly return and stay for a longer duration. We even had the opportunity to speak with the hotel owner about the local area and how the business managed to survive during the pandemic. From the driver and front desk personnel to the cooks, every...

We enjoyed our four nights. Had a canopy room, nicely laid out, but seating in sitting room is a rather low, and uncomfortable. Also there aren’t any bedside tables which i like to have. Beautiful pool and lounges comfy. Pity they don’t bring menu around and take orders— you have to go up to bar to do so. Even for water. The breakfast included is very nice , but not much help yourself there- just juice, small amount fruit, and no yogurt- i asked one day for it.loved the iced coffee! Was a...
