"The staff are amazing! Very courteous and attentive. Location was great. Property is a bit aged and maintained well on the exterior and communal spaces. Rooms are a bit run down. Definitely needs renovations. Could have been cleaner, per the other reviews, I had higher expectations."

"So obviously the location was our first purpose for booking let me tell you I have traveled for work and spent many of nights in hotels for business or pleasure I have met many staff members over the years, all the stuff that I ran into at this Best Western were excellent friendly, welcoming and very helpful when the times came I had an issue with the Expedia looking process and being disappointed and one of the staff members Napoleon without hesitation made one of my nights even more awesome...

"Disappointing stay due to construction and poor communication. Booked for 6 nights for visiting family and the beach from out of state. Construction noise disrupted our sleep for the first three nights. Staff initially said the room would be compensated, but this never happened. I requested a quieter room and was told construction was occurring on both sides, so moving would not help. I later had to initiate another request before we were finally transferred. The bedroom also had no air...

"Loved this property! The beautiful grounds, all the little details including sparkling wine at check in, comfortable bedding, bath robes/slippers, beach accommodations (chairs, umbrella, beach bag). So many extra touches that make this hotel wonderful. Location is perfect- across the street from montage resort and beaches. Would definitely stay here again!!!"
