"I booked two rooms for my stay (large group) and upon check in asked if we could be placed near each other. The woman checking us in wasn’t really friendly or seemed like she wanted to help. She put the two rooms on the same floor but on completely opposite sides of the floor."

"The property is clean but OLD and needs a facelift! The location was the main reason and lobby was nice but as you get to the elevator u feel it’s old hotel and once u get to the room u feel like you have been exported back in time as the carpet is old, furniture is old. Doors and windows are NOT soundproof and the walls are thin .., you can hear other people passing by or in the next rooms 🙈"

"Our main issue was that there were no drawers whatsoever in the room. Secondly, even with all the lights turned on, the room was dark. Unless we were sleeping, this was frustrating. I wish they had a coffee bar, since the restaurant was typically busy. We finally received maid service the day before we left - however, they didn't replace the coffee mugs."

"I had already checked in around noon on April 3, and was told I would be notified when the room was ready. After receiving a text message confirming my room is ready and top by the front desk. I returned to the Hotel in the evening, but was required to be in the queue for check-in again. The line was long, and I waited for about 20 minutes, which was quite unreasonable and frustrating."
