"I gave it a one star rating only because whenever I checked in I got the key to a room someone was already in. It was 2 am and as a girl traveling alone, this was a very scary experience for me. I also want to follow that bad experience with a good experience, as the staff at the hotel were quick to refund me and go check the room they gave me, as they did not know there was someone already checked in there. I think it was a miscommunication problem between shift change - still shouldn't have...

"Staff members were courteous and helpful. However, the hotel is older and needs renovation; especially the bathroom in our room. The shower did not work properly, there was rust and mold around the tub. I was staying in the hotel for a next morning procedure at the local hospital. I stay in the area often and this was the first time I had stayed at this property. Unfortunately it will be my last time staying here."

"The guy that checked us in was very rude. The pillows were paper thin and the shower was an absolute geyser of water. But the room did not smell of cigarettes which was awesome! And the AC was great and if you can play some white noise on your phone to drown out the fire alarm constantly beeping in the hallway, then you’ll be great!"
