"Clean room"

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The highlight was definitely the porch—the views of the Eiffel Tower were seriously unbelievable and even better in person. The street was very quiet, which made it feel peaceful after a busy day exploring the city. It’s also in a great location, close to a lovely park and surrounded by charming cafés within easy walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again...

"Rayz Eiffel was the best hotel I could have stayed in for my first time in Paris. Location was great. Only a 8 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooftop view was spectacular. Breakfast was also really good. "

"I questioned the cleanliness of this property, there was a bit of a sour smell to it, and the place seemed a bit dingy. the elevator did not work for two of the several days that I stayed there, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I will say that the location was great and the staff were friendly and the shower was nice. "The desk Manager is really friendly and kind. The lady in the Kitchen in the morning is so sweet, she is kind and has no feeling of any attitude. She even came to me and offered me a french toast and she cook it by herself and brought to my table, I am so comfortable to her and the cleaning lady did the same too"

"Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"We LOVED our stay at Hotel Bleu de Grenelle and would most definitely stay there again on another trip to Paris. The hotel is directly across from a Metro station that gives easy access to everything around the city, is within walking distance to great restaurants (shoutout to Aux Délices du Commerce and their kindness while we figured out our order!), and sits in a quiet, but vibrant neighborhood. "The location of the property was fine. However the aesthetics of the property was old, the bed was very low, pillows were not fluffy and there were mold in the shower. The decorative pillows on the bed were flat and looked old. In addition, the patio was dusty and furniture outside was filled with spider webs which I had clean before sitting on the furniture. The cost of the room was high in price- I guess that is based on the location/view of the Eiffel Tower. "
