"Had a fantastic stay here for a couple of nights while down for work events. The check-in and bag storage process is very easy and the staff were very friendly. The room itself is basic but has all the amenities you need, such as bedside drawers, a wardrobe and a sink with vanity mirror. "It’s convenient location but some true inconveniences. No place to put clothes away. Two towels - no hand towels at all. No closet. No iron. You have to go to an “ironing room” on one of two floors - so carry your clothes downstairs use the iron then carry them to lobby to go back up because the elevators don’t go up only down. No kettle. The room is fine. It’s clean. People are nice. Cleaning every 3 days."

"Gran opción para hospedarse en Londres en una zona céntrica y bien conectada. El hotel está muy limpio y cuidado y las habitaciones son muy amplias. Lo único complicado fue que tuvimos que solicitar Uber en un par de momentos y enfrente hay otro hotel con el mismo nombre y en ambas ocasiones hubo confusión, pero el día que nos fuimos fue mucho más complicado andar cruzando con las maletas, no es algo malo del hotel, solo como consejo para quienes viajen ahí."
