"Apartment was very spacious with a large living room and separate bedroom. Excellent shower/bathroom and decent (but basic) kitchen facilities. We had a 10-night stay visiting family nearby and it was ideal, close to shops, trams, trains, and was quiet and safe "

"Stayed for a couple nights, booked a King bedroom. Clean, modern room but a bit small with an unusual bathroom layout. No mirror in front of sink, so had to use the portable vanity mirror to see while brushing or flossing. The front desk was all very helpful and friendly. Located across a park, just outside Melbourne CBD, so it felt spacious leaving the hotel. Also very close to trams and transit, though we didn’t use because we mostly walked to everything."

"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. "Booked a superior studio, room was a good size, clean and had everything needed. Beds very comfortable Location was great, close to cafes, shops and tram line. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Only thing I would criticise was the condition of the balcony area, looked like it hadn't been tidied for some time."

If you're sensitive to noise, there's a lot of street noise, the soundproofing in the room isn't great, and there were weird noises in the room that I wasn't sure was the AC or plumbing. There would be random smells of either smoke or sewage sometimes. The view wasn't great because I was on the first floor. The stay itself wasn't bad just not amazing."

"Such a convenient close stay for the tennis centre events, we were going to a concert at Margaret Court Arena. Just a short 10 minute walk. The room was clean and we had a lovely buffet breakfast the following day."
