They even found and shipped a ring my daughter accidentally left. Had almost as good of an experience at our next stop at Resident in Liverpool. "

"My wife and I stayed in a Club Room for 4 nights. It was our first time traveling to London from the United States, and we are so thankful we booked a room here. We love walking around while exploring new cities and this hotel gave us the ability to do that. We felt safe to see the city on foot; walking to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and more. Staff was excellent. Complimentary coffee (with a to-go option) in the Club Lounge every day. "The hotel was in a great location near Hyde Park and the Paddington station. Room had very high ceilings and large windows. It was a decent size room. Since it’s an old building, I did hear noise from outside the room in the hallway in the morning. "
