Listings should be changed to reflect what you will be looking at when you are on the balcony. Other than this, decent place to stay. "

"My complaint was some of the things I expected weren’t in the kitchen. Only a few dishes for example, no dish cloth to wash the dishes. The toilet seat was broken. Shampoo, but no body was in the dispensers. Only on hook in the bathroom. I love the concept of this suite but poorly executed."

"I love staying here, however I have two issues: 1 - I don't like being forced to listen to a sales pitch for a timeshare, just to get my room keys. 2 - I don't like your 10AM checkout time. I feel like 11 is pretty standard, and most places will even extend that if you call early enough."

"We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."
