"Everything is great at coral sands. Well accommodated, modern and clean. This is our second stay and we love it! Close to food, beach, entertainment, shopping and tons of activities. The pool is great and there’s nothing better than spending the day there. Beds are comfy and it’s a good nights rest. Just a heads up: the tvs are not able to have you sign into your streaming services. You have to watch what they have. We will stay at coral sands on our next trip to Hilton Head for sure! ...

"My complaint was some of the things I expected weren’t in the kitchen. Only a few dishes for example, no dish cloth to wash the dishes. The toilet seat was broken. Shampoo, but no body was in the dispensers. Only on hook in the bathroom. I love the concept of this suite but poorly executed."

"This was a great hotel, clean, cleaning staff very attentive maintenance came quickly when needed for a minor issue. "The room kept having toilet issues and they would take forever to come fix it. The resort is def run down, this used to be a family vacation place for me and my family as a kid. "I honestly came here with low expectations. I'm not sure why, but I guess mostly because it was a reasonably priced hotel on the beach. That's hard to find. When I walked into our room, I found it to be exceptionally clean... like cleaner than a typical 5-star hotel. The ocean view was amazing, and just what I needed in the middle of March when I'm suffering from spring fever. I usually can't wait to get out of a hotel room and back home, but this was completely opposite. I was sad to leave....

"Could have been a lot better. Way overpriced for the service you get. No house keeping unless you ask for it and then they add an extra charge. When we left we had to take our trash out to the trash bin on the floor we were staying on. Last night was bad. The people in the the room next to us were extremely loud. Yelling and cussing at kids and each other and vice versa for almost 3 hours. Will not stay there again! "

"We had a great stay at Bay View. Located right on the water with beach access, great views. The ocean was a little chilly while we were here but the hotel offered multiple indoor/outdoor pools and spas that the kids absolutely loved. Our room was spacious and perfect for a family of 5 (condo b) and even had a full kitchen to make early morning breakfast all the easier. Our only problem was the plumbing. "Right from checking in this experience was poor. Received my keys, they didn’t work. Came back to see my travel buddy wait listed with no rooms available. We booked and paid at the same time. Front desk person was frazzled and was calling manager on her day off to help. She walked me to my room to let me in, she didn’t know how to activate the card key. My room was not fully cleaned. "This is a resort hotel that is showing his age. However, the property is well maintained and clean. The rooms were clean. The beds were good. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a lot of charging outlets available however I was able to make do and have all my devices charging during the night.
