"It was conveniently close to the airport. So it made it very easy to get to airport for an early flight. The staff was very nice and professional. For it being so close to the airport we were surprised the plane noise was really not bad at all."

"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

I had an issue with the rooms, my fault i double booked and the reason I gave 5 stars for staff/ service was because a lady called Diana sorted everything out for me with patience and kindness ( thankyou), also the waiting staff who served the meal were excellent, the food was quick, hot and cleared the tables very quickly with a smile. "Small rooms but excellent customer service"

"There was no air conditioning, and the room was extremely hot and stuffy. A member of staff told us they would provide an additional fan, so we went to reception to ask. We were told a fan would be sent to our room, but after waiting over an hour nothing arrived. When we returned to reception, we were then told that no fans were available. "The hotel is easy to get to via the pod from terminal 5. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and bright and the hotel is very reasonably priced."
