"Lovely property excellently maintained. Not advertised is that some restaurants are not opened Monday thru Wednesday. Concierge told me they would open at 5pm but that was not the case. So even they were confused or wrong. Massive property and very enjoyable stay."

"The property was very well maintained, staff was pleasant and kind. The area had plenty for a tourist to do. Only drawbacks were there was no breakfast/ snacks offered and no transportation to nearby events, however, it was pretty easy getting around by vehicle. Other than those two things, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel, good quality for reasonable price."

"This place was absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure who they paid to post the photos online, but it is not what is available. The room reeked of smoke, paint flaking off the walls, the main door was scraped down to bare metal with duct tape, the list goes on. Do not stay here. "

"It looked like a dorm room however it was very clean. I liked having 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. There were places we could walk to for coffee, breakfast and entertainment. The wedding was at Emerson hall so perfect!"

"Completely self managed technologically advanced marvel. Unique and memorable. Self accessed free storage lockers were a godsend. Easy walk to the bus stop and quick $3 ride to Downtown. Interactive HD TV, hundreds of channels. If ever wanting to see a band at Basement East again would book at the Russell in a heartbeat."

"Absolutely unacceptable experience. I stayed here for 4 days 3 nights, and on day 2 I requested towels. I was told they would be brought to my room, but after being out all day, I returned to nothing. When I called the front desk, I was told they had no towels or washcloths available and I would have to wait until the next morning. That is completely unacceptable for a paying guest, towels are a basic necessity. Because of this, I had to go out and spend my own money to buy towels just so we...
