"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The walk ability to Tokyo Station is excellent. The beds are a bit firm for our preference but were great quality and we slept just fine. A great option for access to the station or for the first night after a long flight."

"Close to everything. Great place for our party of 6.. Plenty of room for everyone. Love the little kitchenette for those who are tired of eating out. Love that they have little packets of tea, coffee and facials things at the front desk that you can go down to grab at anytime. Would totally recommend."

"This is such a convenient hotel to stay at since it is right next to Tokyo Station. You are able to take a train straight to Narita Airport. The hotel is a bit pricy but because it’s a fancy hotel with great staff who go out of their way. The rooms themselves are also great and the view on either side is also wonderful. If you are on the garden view side, the only negative thing I can think of is that you will hear the train but it’s nothing you can’t ignore since it’s not too loud. I haven’t tried their food but I can imagine it is great as well. I will have to try next time"
