"We had a triple room for 2 nights. Room was great and plenty large enough for 3 adults, with a kingside bed and a double sofa bed. All were very comfortable. Hotel had a nice atmosphere and staff were great. Special shout out to the lovely doorman who always greeted us with a friendly “good morning/afternoon while holding the door open. Hotel is in a fabulous position right opposite the Savoy where we had afternoon tea. Covent Garden was a few minutes walk away and we also walked to Oxford Street, which took about 25 mins."

Great proximity to several London attractions, restaurants, and local happenings. Concierge team was very helpful in planning excursions and outings. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay."

Shower was powerful enough with plenty hot water - slight issue with attachment holding shower head in place as it kept falling down - maybe needs replaced. These rooms always have an issue with hanging clothes. Maybe needs some new ideas for this. Overall though would stay here again."
