"I have been traveling and been in many places hotels I have to say these place is amazing 10/10 everything is amazing the staff are so friendly and welcoming is a place I would recommend 100% the ocean is so calm to enjoy with the kids since theres no big waves also you get to see every day the big cruise ships and amazing sunset also the food is great thanks Park Royal"

Occidental Cozumel - All Inclusive

"The rooms are looking worn and there was damage to quite a few of them and guests needed to be moved as ceilings fell in after a rain. The food was mediocre, and difficult to book into the specialty restaurants (which never looked busy) because you can only register during certain hours. If you are there to dive, you are not available during those hours, so its the general restaurant every night. Staff is friendly and very hard working. Bartenders are generous. The adult pool seemed to not be filtering well and was pretty dirty the entire week I was there. On the positive side, lots of lounge chairs, two pools and beach options so something for everyone. Beds are comfortable, airconditioners work well, and property is overall very clean."
