The worst part was the beds had feet that stuck out. Every family member in every room clobbered their feet or shins on these. I broke a toe, which put a damper on hiking. Staff...

"My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here. This place was great for the price. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the river. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and worked for our needs. The room appears outdated, however had floors that were not carpeted which we prefer. We did utilize the pool one day and it was clean and comfortable- not crowded. If we return to the area we will stay here again."

"It's very expensive to stay at the hotel but you get your money's worth . I highly recommend you buy your drinks at the regular store then bring them in if you don't you will be paying 5 dollars per drink. The food at the hotel is really good especially the play by the pool. You will see bears outside the gate so do not keep food in car or drinks"

"We stayed at gatlinburg mountain inn for a week during a trip to the smokies - and the stay can be summarized in two words: millipede infestation. At first we stayed in room 108, we saw a millipede in the bathroom and thought nothing of it. Then we saw another one, then another. I woke up in the morning and found 3 in or around the bathroom. And one night, I killed at least 7 millipedes in less than 2 hours. At this point we talked to hotel staff (who were friendly), but they told us that...

"Location is ok. Short walk to downtown, quiet setting. Bed was good and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Make sure you know what level you are on. Example, Floor 1 is ground level, almost basement so view is limited. Kitchen and bathroom were small and not much storage space. Jacuzzi tub was fine... but water ran slow and took a very long time to fill halfway. For a short stay for a couple, overall value was good. Property needs to be labeled better...
