"Hotel was clean, Stella on Reception was excellent. She offered first class customer service and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She went over and above to ensure our family stay was enjoyable. Not impressed with the food. Breakfast was okay and bar food need some reviewing. Kitchen was not flexible around the menu for those with allergies or with children. When we asked to swop the chips for rice on our child’s meal we were told we couldn’t! "

"We stayed in the carriage house basement apartment and it was amazing! The apartment is large has a lot of living space is super clear and comfortable. It’s about a 10 min walk to Victoria station and from there you can get anywhere in London! We were traveling with two teens and it was a great location! Also lots of restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores in walking distance. Only watch out is the apartment is only accessible by a set a VERY steep stairs. It was not an issue for us but I could...

"The staff was excellent and the location was convenient to everything. However, the pool was quite small, the rooms were not very clean, and the bathroom layout felt awkward due to the doors. The bed mattress was also uncomfortable to sleep on."

"Our room was in the bottom of the annex. Immaculately clean, great condition facilities. Very quiet at night and in a great location. Just a few mins walk to Victoria station. Will definitely stay here again. Staff very welcoming and friendly. "

"Property was immaculate and staff were amazing to deal with! Only downside is that we didn’t have warm enough weather to enjoy the stunning garden area ! Really convenient with the tube being a 3 min walk away. Loved the bar and how different the cocktails were to normal we didn’t try the restaurant however the food looked amazing. We will definitely stay here again "

Room was quite large and comfortable for the price point in London. Only issue was we had booked a deluxe double and was initially given an accessible room with one bed. Staff were quick to help and moved us to the correct room the next morning. Thank you! "

"Ashburn Hotel is in a super accessible location in a clean, safe and elegant area of London. It's close to the tube and train stations and I had an easy time getting in to the hotel and traveling around. The breakfast was just darling with tea and coffee, cheeses, meats, fruit, pastries and juices. The staff was incredible and so helpful and I truly appreciate all they did to help me make my stay in Lodon memorable. I absolutely recommend staying here and would do so again. "
