"The staff were the sweetest and most helpful! Starting with breakfast, everyone was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. I suggest buying the breakfast plan. You can choose eating the buffet or the cooked to order breakfast. Both were delicious! We loved the straight access to the beach. "Travelers this is something I didn't see upon booking parking is $10 a day. Also beach chairs and umbrellas are $45 dollars a day. If you are a coffee drinker theirs is no complementary coffee. Save yourself $$ and bring your own beach chairs and cooler for alcoholic beverages. The drinks are $$. Over all everything was expensive! I Will not return. It is much better to do an all inclusive in Mexico! The staff was great! Lots of restaurants close."

"The breakfast was not worth being considered “breakfast included” My son accidentally left my youngest child’s diapers beside our car and the staff tried to say they were already thrown away, but would “look for them.” We watched an employee go and get them out of their car. The only nice staff was the front desk."

"The hotel is in a great location with free parking. Just minutes from the beach. They had a good selection of breakfast foods, which I appreciated. I would have given five stars, but there was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. The room was otherwise clean. I did not find the staff all that friendly. Despite the negatives, I would consider staying there again in the future."
