"It was all ok"

"The historic aspects of the hotel are all present. I also really loved the location - right in the middle of everything. I had a standard room with two beds. The bathroom was a bit grungy. We had a bathtub but no plug to actually use it. The carpet in the room was pretty nasty - I would definitely not walk around barefoot. We also had a stranger try to enter the room (with a key) at 7am. Luckily we had the chain on and they couldn't get in. I called down to the front desk and they didn't seem...

"Our room was very comfortable. I wish the pool had been a bit bigger. Its one of the only hotels in that area with an indoor pool. Breafast was good. "

"Check in was horrible. There was an issue between Expedia and the hotel, the hotel clerk was very condescending about it. I quickly contacted Expedia and they called the hotel within minutes to resolve the issue. However, even though I was standing in the lobby at the counter, the clerk put Expedia on hold and helped other guests making me and Expedia wait 25 minutes before solving the issue which I believe was an error on the hotels end to begin with. "Clean, comfortable room. Bed comfortable. Because it is an old hotel, they have window air conditioners. They are loud. If you cannot sleep in noise, don't stay here. Fun place if you are into the ghost world. They have parking that is located at a lower level street and down a couple of blocks. You have to walk with luggage or call from lot to send a shuttle. This can be a nuisance, but workable. If you cannot do stairs, you will have to rely on the shuttle. One can be dropped off at the door...
