The staff were kind but sometimes communication can be difficult but it was generally okay. The hotel is close to oedo and mita metro lines. The view of the tokyo tower from the Lounge is amazing! "We had 4 twin beds in one room. The size of the room was great. The view from the window was fantastic, waking up to Mt. Fuji, amazing! The only thing of note is that there aren’t enough outlets. Bringing a charging hub is a good idea. Great staff, very clean."

"This hotel is very impressive! It’s located near the Kyoto station, around 5 mins walk. The room is spacious, clean and have everything you needed. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. It offers a lot of variety option including fresh tempura and sashimi, etc. The hot spring is also very good which includes 4-5 pools. The hotel also offers free coffee at the lobby, ramen from 9-11pm as well as ice creams. I will definitely come back! "
