"Everything was excellent, but whatever description on the website is not accurate on the capacity of the room that is why I gave it 4. My room said sleeps 4 they charged me for 4 . When we got there, there was only 2 twin bed and they added a twin sofa bed in the room that fit a kid. If I knew I would have taken 2 bedroom for the price of one. They refused to change the room and told me if I don’t like it I have to upgrade for a suite for extra $1500. Other hotels in Tokyo gave a bed for each...
