"Beautiful grounds. Great restaurants. The rooms are very luxurious - especially the bathtubs. Entertainment is great too! Kids loved the pool. I do wish there were more pools for the kids to enjoy. Booking reservations for dinner was a nightmare though. We couldn't book in advance, were staying a week and on night one there was a restuarant already entirely booked! How does that even happen?! Also no kids in restaurants after 8pm!!! Finally check in was awful. We got there on time - rooms not...

"The property is stunning.and very well kept. An upgrade to a contemporary suite is worth the extra money in my opinion. The staff were attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was great. The beach is beautiful, but unfortunately, seaweed is a huge problem. There is a shuttle to another beach though. The resort is close to the airport, but not much else. The food was very good. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"All in all the stay was excellent. Food was tasty, drinks were good. One of the best things was the late checkout option up till 6pm. Some points to note for improvement. Beach chairs were located at a very rough part of beach so you may want to swim at the section further away from the hotel. All inclusive suggests that food and drinks should be available all the time albeit less options but available."

"This was and really nice. I came for 3 days. The live music up the beach was amazing. Only problem is that your a like secluded. Just something to keep in mind. I wouldn't advise coming on a solo trip! Great for couples!!"

"Great location, clean rooms and linens, and a nice pool/beach area. However, the property feels dated and shabby in places. Some amenities were lacking or broken (burned-out light bulbs, broken iron, missing coffee maker). Pool/beach towels were worn. Our unit’s living/kitchen area had a single bed for a third guest but no air conditioning, and the bedroom A/C was undersized for the whole space. Overall decent stay but needs maintenance and better-equipped rooms."

"My wife and I stayed here for her 50th birthday week celebration. The Hotel was EXCELLENT. It surpassed my expectations. The property was clean, staff was super friendly, and the room was gorgeous (we stayed in the penthouse suite). I highly recommend this room as the balcony views are outstanding! Restaurant food and staff, and bar staff were great! The room service was regular and on top notch. We asked for a few different things (pillows, more coffee, etc) and they were on top of it. ...

"This is a little gem of a hotel. The rooms are good but the view from the balcony is amazing. The pool is only small but the sea is right next to the hotel. There is a man made lagoon which means the sea is slightly sheltered, its not deep and you can snorkel there, Food was amazing. Its all a la carte so sometimes you might have to wait a little for your meal but the drinks keep coming. All the staff are friendly and as mentioned in every review - you have to join Michelle's rum...
