"The Resort was really nice and very clean. Staff was very pleasant. I only had one issue which was that I really couldn’t enjoy the balcony because it was too hot to sit out there due to the AC condenser which was blowing hot air. I don’t know whose idea it was to place them there but it defeats the purpose of having a balcony if you cannot sit there. "

The location was ideal — just a short walk to St. Lawrence Gap, with easy access to the Friday night fish fry and even a cozy lounge nearby. "South Point Hotel is a gem. The landscaping is beautiful. The hotel is clean and the room was beautifully decorated. My family stayed in the 2-bedroom family suite and it was perfect for the family. Fully air conditioned, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, living/ dining area and a balcony which gave us a good view of the garden. The pool is kids friendly and enjoyable.
