"Rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. The weakpoint is the breakfast: there is not enough space and table to all of the guests, and the breakfast itself is very limited. There were no vegetables, not a single slice of cucumber or tomato or salad. The bread just ran out and they didn't replace it while we were eating. Improvement around the breakfast could raise the quality of the hotel a lot."

"Please do not contemplate staying here over the summer months, we stayed over royal Ascot weekend and I cannot put into words how hot the rooms and the corridors were it felt really unsafe. They give you a desk fan in the room however this did absolutely nothing for the room temperature. "I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"England and Great Britain have manor houses and castles galore that have been turned over to hotels. We have stayed at many. None come close to the care taken and beauty of the grounds and gardens. Awesome. Unparalleled. Unequalled."

"Avoid! Club Quarters Hotel Covent Garden / Holborn. We had no advance notice there would be disruptive work on the hotel and found the lobby was half closed for various work in rooms and the floors. I asked if the drilling or hammering would stop on Saturday and Sunday. We were assured by the man on the front desk that was the case. But the noise started at from 8:30am on Saturday. The walls are paper thin, anyway, and you can hear your neighbour quite easily. in fact, the room was just weird....
