"Todo excelente !! Pense que no nos iria muy bien cuando leia los reviews pero es todo lo contrario. Solo precaución con los tours de la compañía dentro del hotel porque no explican bien por tal de vender y esto no es correcto … Les falta un poco de profesionalismo referente al trato."

"My room looked as if it was built in the 1800’s as the fixtures were rusty, the water barely came out of the shower, my beverages were not stocked, the food at the restaurants was terrible, it was my birthday and it was horrid. No good vegetarian selections for food. Sports bar food had bugs flying all Over it so did the buffet so I barely ate."

"Only two minor complaints. Towels are not available for pick up or drop off at the beach access point. After returning from the beach and rinsing off the sand, there’s nowhere to leave you towels. Not enough trash bins to toss used cups."

"Our family loved this hotel. It is clean, well maintained and the people who works there make it all even better. Food was also delicious, always variety in the buffet (morning and evenings). The beach was calm and beautiful. Thank you we will be back!"

"Our stay at Azura Beach Resort was overall just okay. The absolute highlight of the resort was the staff. In particular, Alonzo was hands-down the best server I have ever had. I found myself specifically returning to the restaurant hoping he would be there because he was attentive, responsive, offered great recommendations, kept our drinks coming, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and cared for in a foreign country. "It was much prettier and amazing in person. Clean room, loved having a dehumidifier . Daily room cleaning was great. Staff was friendly . We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Swim up bar was awesome. Swim up bar is a warmed pool. Moneys were right outside of our room and we were able to watch them ."
