"This was such a lovely place to stay. The staff was super-accommodating, helping me arrange a climb of Mt Ijen and transport. Though it was out of town, it was in a lovely location and still only a 30-minute walk to the beach, where there's a great lobster restaurant where you can lounge for the day by the beach. BB also had Wonderful espresso drinks with breakfast. Lovely touch. "

The hotel staffs didnt do their job in preparing the day bookings prior to the guest arrival...it took about 20mins of our time when we arrived late at night from malang...tired and sleepy"
