Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice"

"Det märktes att vi kom under lågsäsong. Det positiva var att vi hade spat helt för oss själva under 1 timme, det negativa att knappt några åt i restaurangen och vi blev serverade möjligt bröd till förrätten. Blev kompenserade med varsin, torr men annars god, tårtbit och ett glas vin. "

Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Our family had an unforgettable experience. From being received warmly by staff upon arrival, to the wonderful views, the farm to table breakfast experience (with freshly baked bread so good), to our cozy room to our relaxing use of the sauna and steam room. All of it was so fabulous. The staff recommended us for dinner at a neighbouring property and we enjoyed our meal so much. The only issue is we didn't stay long enough. We could have stayed a couple more days."

"The glass houses are located in an area where you have to drag your suitcase through gravel. It makes it hard to get to. Rooms are small but fine for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was good. Dinner in the ice restaurant is cold as you can imagine and food is ok for the cost. Drinks on the property are expensive. "

If you check in after 3pm there is a chance you will get a room that isn’t like that pictures - when I request to get another room a man was not very helpful or pleasant to speak with but when I went back and spoke to a woman she resolved the issue very quickly and smoothly. "The hotel workers were very attentive and cordial! Everything looked new and clean. The top bunk bed + comforter combination was INCREDIBLY comfy! The secure hotel entry was a nice added touch. The space was small, even with a very appreciated room upgrade, but that was to be expected in London and it worked great for my travel partner and me. "First of all, this is not a Hotel, it’s more of a hostel so if you’re expecting a nicely presented tidy modern room, forget it. Check in was straight forward, but the room they gave me was a multiple bed room with two metal beds and a metal bunk bed. The room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, two beds looked slept in, rubbish in the bin, window was broken at the hinges so easily opened, a cherry picker was parked directly outside and the aircon did not work, there was a heatwave going on so it was...
