Die Umgebung war auch schön mit einem wunderschönen Strand und ein paar Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu erreichen. "We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Riu Westminster. The location was ideal for us - walking distance to Westminster Abbey and plenty of other sites. Cab rides were generally well-priced (we used Freenow, London's Lyft), and there were many train and bus options available. The only thing to be sure you're aware of is the general tightness of the rooms - they are small. We were in a standard Queen. "Room was very small for 3 people including the shower. We ran out of amenities like toilet paper and tissues instantly. Not to mention fire alarm went off at 4am and front desk did not answer. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was good and walkable to the big ben and london eye though."
