"Our family had an unforgettable experience. From being received warmly by staff upon arrival, to the wonderful views, the farm to table breakfast experience (with freshly baked bread so good), to our cozy room to our relaxing use of the sauna and steam room. All of it was so fabulous. The staff recommended us for dinner at a neighbouring property and we enjoyed our meal so much. The only issue is we didn't stay long enough. "Ein sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Hotel. Sehr netter Service. Die Umgebung war auch schön mit einem wunderschönen Strand und ein paar Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Das Essen war auch gut, die Auswahl etwas überschaubarer aber völlig ausreichend."

"The glass houses are located in an area where you have to drag your suitcase through gravel. It makes it hard to get to. Rooms are small but fine for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was good. Dinner in the ice restaurant is cold as you can imagine and food is ok for the cost. Drinks on the property are expensive. "

"The hotel is solid, well-located and a bit ordinary. Breakfast is a bit meh. BUT - we were travelling with a wheelchair and the place is wonderfully accessible and the hotel staff super helpful. The accessible room was excellent. As some reviewers have noted, a large powerchair might have trouble with the elevator, but even so i think you could make it ;) we had a small powerchair and it was no trouble. All in all a lovely stay - if I were alone I'd still probably pick a quirkier hotel, but for...

"Had to change rooms every night we stayed there. First room window was jammed and couldn't close. Second room none of the sockets worked. Third room, it wasn't even cleaned and made ready for us. Our stay here really stained our london experience."

"Really nice hotel, great location and friendly staff. Room was decent, a little awkward due to layout but manageable as I was travelling alone. Some noise early in the morning which woke me up both days and everything was done digitally from checking in/out and room key. Hotel is less than a 2 minute from Earl's court station and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Supermarkets and a Boots too."

"Loved this hotel . It was very new. Bathrooms have heated toilet seats and washing capabilities. Every floor has coolers with drinking water stocked . The restaurant was very decent. There was a grocery store next door. Closed garage was great for parking. Train station was 5 minutes by walking. Easy access to airport as well."

"Beautiful property that offered regular shuttles to Sorrento (20+ minutes away). However the food and drinks were very, very expensive and a long trip to and back to get anything else."
