"Only stayed one night prior to an early morning flight. Superb modern clean hotel but it's the location which makes it a winner for us. The convenience is second to none. Will be back everytime we have an early morning flight.."

"Not cheap but worth it"

"The room was clean and comfortable. However I was given a room for disabled people and the shower conditions were not adequate. Also I was charged 15 pounds to check out at noon, which is ridiculous. I was also charged 10 pounds a day for parking, which was not the case when I stayed there last year. A lot of nickel and diming to get more money out of us and I don't think I will be staying here again. Thank you."

"The hotel seems quite recent and fixture and fittings are good. The room was clean. Nice reception staff. A little drawback in our room: the triple room was quite tight and there was a big pillar on the middle of our room Also parking was really tight. We arrived quite late and struggled to park"

"Stayed in one of the VIP rooms. However, wasn't one with the jacuzzi which seemed a little misleading based on the description. Arrived at the spa for them to have no record of us and waited for them to sort it out which considering the paying for club access is kind of a mood killer. That said the spa is nice and the treatment was fantastic. One of the upstairs shower rooms has mould on the wall which again isn't acceptable. However the venue is lovely. Breakfast was amazing, with lovely...

"We had a cracking time here, it was our first time and they had upgraded us to their best suite, the staff were very attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed!! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and we will again!"

"Stayed at the Ramada several times, the staff are always friendly and the "restaurant" is a lot better than what's on offer at the services."

"It was unfortunately very average. I only stayed here 6 months ago and I feel my stay this time wasn’t as good. The staff were not very friendly. The room was very tired. On a positive note the breakfast has a good range of food and the lobby of the hotel is relaxing."

"I turned up with my children I was buzzing the door because we was on late flight , no answer at all I have photo to prove i was there. lost 100 euro and was not happy had to find and pay for another hotel with a 3 year old and 13 year old girls in tow !! I was on the phone when the lady shut the door just before I buzzed to let me in !!! Shocking really was !! Lost money, paid for 2 taxis and 2 hotels in one night after traveling all day ..... 260 euros out of my pocket cos receptionist...

"The main house looks lovely but don’t be fooled. First room in the Waterhouse was a disaster the stench was awful! Mould and damp. Room was swapped but not much better, dirty and damage to the walls. The staff are just rude and unhelpful. Asked where breakfast was, directed to the main house. Stood for 10 mins being ignored by staff so approached a lady and asked, got barked at ‘we open at 7:30!’ Ok no one informed me and only asked if I could get a coffee as there was nowhere else to have one...
