"Overall a nice hotel. Great location. Breakfast was decent (more of a continental style with only cold foods). Parking was difficult. The rooms are quite small. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"5 star hotel for Reykjavik. I had a beet salad that was excellent but the breakfast buffet, hmm. Pretty much cereal, muffins and other like food. No eggs, bacon ,sausage or other things normally at a buffet. The hallways are a bit dark, there are no coffee cups with handles so I could not hold the cup. The rooms are very nice. It is a beautiful hotel in a nice location and the staff was excellent. These are the reasons I gave it 5 stars."

"A lovely experience. I loved walking out on the balcony to that amazing view. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Not to mention it's right in the middle of everything! I plan on coming back to Iceland several times and I'll be sure to stay here again!"
