A quick tip for those visiting in the spring: the A/C was not yet activated during our stay in late March and early April, as it isn't turned on until the summer months. Also, if you need to iron, there is a dedicated ironing room located on the 5th floor. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. "Booked a King room with this Hotel. They gave us a queen and still charged me for a King. The electricity went out twice while we were in the Hotel...2 different nights and even had us outside at 2am .They evacuated the Hotel in the middle of the night. Would not recommend this Hotel. They need to do better and take care of their customers. "

"Really helpful staff, beautiful views, amazingly well-stocked bar for the discerning gin lover. Shuttle bus is so useful for getting into and back out of the town itself (the hotel is some distance and quite high up a hillside). Food was great. Only negative was that the gents toilets under the stairway at ground floor level really need refurbishment, like putting some working locks on the doors. I only used these once, preferred to use our room if needed. Would definitely come again without...

"Great spot and within walking distance to a lot of you understand the back roads in Rome. Very authentic. Couldn’t figure out how to get the tub to get hot, but otherwise great place. Expedia has breakfast included in the listing and that’s not true. Not the location’s fault, but don’t book this expecting breakfast. Staff very helpful. Very Roman feel to it. "
