"I saw a huge crockroach crawling on the bowls as I was getting breakfast and the staff just took it away and laughed about it like it's normal. It was so gross. Coffee maker was broken and stuff tried to fix but couldn't fix it. The toilet kept running and so it was hard to sleep. Took them 2 days before they had someone fix it. The staff are grumpy and not friendly except for a few people. The area near train station is very sketchy so would not recommend for kids. My kids were scared...

"Wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked the Panoramic Suite with Balcony and City View - and it lived up to all of our expectations. Location is perfect near the Spanish Steps, although plan for walking up and down steps. We enjoyed the breakfast location and selection at the hotel. Check in/out process was easy, with the ability to store bags. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location, mostly very quiet. Short walks to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Coliseum. Nothing special in terms of linens, towels, bed was really stiff… Staff very helpful. If you stay in the “attic” the room and bath are spacious but there are two additional flights of stairs as the lift doesn’t go all the way to the top floor and there is a flight of stairs within the “apt”. "Receptionist tried to charge us to leave our bags in the hotel before our rooms were ready. Most of our party were put in another building. Our room had a broken air con that had a bright green light that we couldn’t turn off. The shower was tiny and it is the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Avoid. "
