"We were visiting Monterosso as part of a roadtrip through Italy. We got caught in traffic and realised we'd never make it to the hotel by the cut off check in time so we called the number provided which lead to a message in Italian. We tried for hours with no response, we even had local officers translate the message but they said it made no sense. "Very nice staff and people, the beach path is great for running and walking and there are many nice restaurants near by. Also a Pelagic marina animal presentation since France Italy and Monaco have protected the marine areas…. "
