All liquor types tasted very similar to each other but I find this is becoming more and more common for all all-inclusives. Nice pool area for families and separate pools upfront for adults. Pool parties are a great bonus. Beds were really firm. Super close to town if you want to go out for a meal or shop. "

"The Hilton Cancun was a beautiful hotel with great pools (including a waterslide/splash pad pool for kids), comfortable beds, and excellent entertainment. Things I loved: the decor, the North Pool (an infinity pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico), the entertainment staff (especially the multiple, kid-friendly parties we attended), the gym, the housekeeping. Things that could be better: the food was mostly ok (the major hits were the Italian restaurant, the steakhouse, the donuts and the iced...

"Huge resort. Hard working staff, great pools, great food. Rooms are a little small. Getting rid of the big hot tub in the room and it would be nice. It's kind of wasted space."

The only issue we had was the lady who received us during the checking, scheduled the dinner on a wrong date, and when we came for dinner all restaurants were fully booked. But the manager at the Italian restaurant found a spot for us. Besides that, everything went perfect. I definitely would come back."

"Very worth the money. The food was very good. I just wish they offer a golf cart or shuttle service to stop at the security gate bc they don’t let all tours in and we had to walk from the security gate all the way to the hotel. Also more frequent shuttle to the beach club I guess"
