"Absolutely LOVED this hotel and the atmosphere. If you are here for a good time, this is definitely the place to be! Staff were great, super nice, helpful, and the cleaning was constant! The one and only thing I would change is the rooms. They could definitely use an upgrade. The dresser drawers had a mildew smell, and we selected a water front view but we ended up quite far back from the water with more of a roof view. But I would still return in hopes for better luck with the rooms."

"This hotel has everything you need in a hotel with many options for entertainment, restaurants, amenities, multiple pool areas and beach views. I really did not experience a bad time there. The only thing I I would like to see improve is room services. I order room services multiple nights and the delivery time was over a hour to hour and half. Both nights the food was warm and my hungry has subsided by then."

Rosa was very helpful on the front desk. The staff at Excellence Rivirera were all friendly and very welcoming. "We checked in with Carlos, I asked him to confirm there were no feather pillows/comforters in the room due to allergies. He confirmed no feathers anywhere. Unfortunately, I didn't check, we enjoyed the resort and the next morning I woke up with swollen eyes. There were feathers in 3 of the pillows. So double check if you have any allergies!!
