"Ani bir kararla son dakika rezervasyon yaparak gittiğimiz halde kendi evimizdeymiş gibi rahat ettik. Bungalov temiz ve özenle dizayn edilmişti. Çatal bıçak tabak vb. Herşey odada mevcuttu. Kısacası sorunsuz bol keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil deneyimimiz oldu. Ayrıca Okan bey çok ilgiliydi herşey için teşekkür ederiz."

"I stay for the 18th dec to 23rd, at first we rent 1 room, the we rent 2 more rooms for the last two days because my family visited me. Our first room is Ok , but hot water needed to wait about 5 mins then it started to get hot, the noise of the night club next door was so heard from our room, I didn’t know because we stay at 4th floor, so its not far enough or what but. We clearly can hear the beat. Then when i try to pay for an early check in for my additional 2 rooms, they don’t let me but...

"The manager Katrin was amazing, after sharing the reason that I was visiting as my mother had been taken into hospital whilst staying with family. Katrin showed genuine care and after she realised I wasn’t staying that much in the hotel because I spent all the time in the hospital, she kindly offered me a late check out and made sure I was ok, Katrin also told me to reach out for anything and she will ensure my stay is comfortable."

"This was my 2nd time staying at Pullman Zamzam Madina. I was travelling for Umrah with my wife and 3 kids. We booked a room with Quad-bed, (4 Beds). You can easily push them together and make them into 2-king size beds. We had a wonderful time here. The rooms were clean, staff were professional, felt like a 5-Star hotel. Breakfast was amaizing with ton's of options. Most importantly, it was 1-2 min walk to Masjid Nabawi and to shopping store. We had one store right behind our hotel where...

"My hotel was conveniently located at and walk-in distance to public transportation if needed concierge was very knowledgeable about things to do in the area. The staff was very friendly and kind. There was great dining options there was even a nightclub in a hotel that was convenient. We had a great time so overall this hotel was excellent."
