"The property advertises high quality stay, however, they are short staffed always. Moreover, the access to the water park was not allowed after 5 PM due to having a private event, without giving us any prior notice when i booked. So, I didn’t have access to one of the most important amenities they offer, and they didn’t have any will to help or reward what they did."

"Everyone is so friendly. We loved it so much and visited twice in 3 months. The man who works in the BBQ restaurant during the day is a literal gem. He always took care of us. The staff in the hotel were always ready to assist us. I absolutely love coming here. The pools are so relaxing, the vibes are really nice."
