"Bei Ankunft erhält man eine Flasche Wasser, jedoch kein Glas. Welches Kind trinkt Wasser aus der Flasche und bei einer Frau hat das auch wenig Stil, auf die Nachfrage nach drei Gläsern kam die lapide Antwort "wir haben keine Gläser". Bei einem 5-7 Sterne Hotel nehme ich als Angestellter die Füße in die Hand und besorge drei Gläser. Weiterhin gibt man bei der Reservierung das Alter des Kindes an, in unserem Fall 8 Jahre. Es kommt nirgends der Hinweis, dass man erst ab 12 Jahre in den tollen...
