"The room was clean although it seemed bigger in picture. The staff were helpful to an extent. I had ordered room service to bring towels up and nothing was brought, I then went to go to reception to request it again. For the standard and price of the hotel , a smart TV should be available. Having access to only Dutch channels wasn’t helpful at all. Previous Leonardo hotels I’ve stayed in, smart TV’s have always been available in the rooms. So to be told that there aren’t any at all in the hotel...

"Staff was amazing. Everyone we interacted with greeted us with a smile. Breakfast is one of the best continental breakfast I had lots of options. Check in was great, we came super early the guy checked on the rooms and was able to give us an early check-in. The hotel is in a hopping area so yes it was loud however not much the hotel can do regarding the sirens, alarms, and noise outside. I felt safe walking around the hotel. Overall if your looking for a place with a convenient location, great...

"Rooms are very compact but have everything you need. Location is very central with many options for eating. There is a laundromat just one building over from hotel. We ate dinner at Seafood Bistro which was just a couple minutes walk. The salmon, fish and chips and calamari were fresh and delicious. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good."

"This new hotel is everything I would want a hotel in amsterdam would be. It s modern minimalist, amazing view and the receptionist is also pretty kind to let us check in early. Totally reccomended , I would stay here again"

"The staff were very helpful especially that we had a baby with us. Omar and another male reception person at the Residence Inn were particularly helpful. The suite was reasonably of good size. We had a couple room and quad suites. The ambience was also pleasant and has some elegance to it. Buffet breakfast includes a lot of good choices."

"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."

"The hotel is at a great location. Our room was clean and spacious, had a fantastic view of the canal. Hotel room amenities were great. Check in was slow. When tired after a long trip the lobby could be cleaner and more welcoming with seats. The first impression of the hotel is not good but the room was quite clean and spacious. Amenities great, nice coffee shop downstairs and very close to train station."

"Great location right by Vondel Park and minutes from both the Museumplein and Leidesplein areas, and plenty of restaurants as well. I had a single room which was fairly small but clean. The staff were very kind and helpful."
