"This was our 2nd stay after 7 years. The 1st time was better.
Pros: The rooms and property were clean and well-maintained. The food and food choices were good to very good. The service hosts at the restaurants were very helpful and had the best attitudes. The beach, pool, swim-up bar, and the entertainment including the d.j. in the 24 hour bar were great!

"We liked how warm were people. The hotel has a lot of amenities and overall clean. However they were some renovation and the rooms had some smell ( not bad smell but moldy smell ).
What we liked the most was the foods. The chefs are very talented. The overall experience and stay were great"

"The rooms were very old and needed maintenance. The Ac stops working the water stops working. The bathroom and toilet had a ring around which showed they didn’t clean. The same crumbs were on the floor. The rooms smelled. The bed and pillows are really bad. Squeaky bed very uncomfortable. There were bugs around the room. Also, everything overly priced. Restaurants are very slow service. They cancel your reservation and say nothing. Terrible! I would have had way more fun with 10 k somewhere...
