"The rooms were very spacious. The kitchen area was very functional and sufficiently stocked with dishes and cooking equipment for us to have both breakfast and/or lunch. I appreciated being able to choose to eat in or savour one of the many restaurants. The pool was large and never felt crowded. When I come back I will want to stay at the reef."

"Rides were closed half the time pools close at 7pm and there was only 1 jacuzzi on the property which also closed at 7pm. We paid for an ocean view but we had a view of the property. Everything was so overpriced, food, drinks, roundup airport to resort. Food was mediocre nothing to brag about and like I said overpriced. Toilet kept flushing by itself very noticeable during night cause we’re trying to sleep."

"Nice motel, centrally located to shops and restaurants on the Atlantis Resort property and across the street from the entrance to Mariner Village. We had an ocean view room, fortunately on 7th floor and the view was gorgeous! "The images of The Cove make it look like a modern hotel, but don't be fooled, that's simply the reception area. The actual Cove accommodation is very similar to other parts of the hotel and in my opinion, isn't much of an upgrade and certainly not worth the price difference. Rooms are relatively old fashioned and could really do with an upgrade. Most disappointing was the balcony furniture which is super cheap, low quality and definitely not something you would want to sit on for anything other...

"Nice beach but can’t walk far in either direction. Expensive to get to downtown. Reef is better closer to town. Excursions limited from hotel. Must take a private bus to get to excursions. Adds to cost"

"The natural setting is beautiful. But for >> 1000/night, this experience is WAY below expectations. The staff is not helpful nor present. Certain places were not clean. The wireless does not work. When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. You pay 28 dollars for a salad of just leaves and 4 tomatoes or 17 dollars for tortilla chips and salsa. The worst part is the hours. The pool may open at 8 am but...
