"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Where do I start? As soon as I stepped into the room, it smelled… like MCDS! I opened the mini fridge and sure enough, there was food left over. There was food inside and outside the fridge. Next, everyone’s nightmare… a huge roach crawling on the bathroom ceiling. It was disgusting! They did change our room, but never again will I stay there."
