"It was clean . It wasn't luxurious but for the price it was good. It was in an excellent location for everything. The en suite door was a sliding one and when it was closed it left quite a gap which didn't allow complete privacy. There was only 6 coat hangers. Missed not having coffee making facilities in the room. There was no dressing table to apply makeup and especially to do my hair. Some of the staff could have been more cheerful. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
