"After considering the reviews I was worried. But my stay was great, especially since I was only in my room to sleep; most of my time was spent out of it. Managed to get early check in at 2:45pm and I think lines form at the elevators because people don’t understand them. "

I was surprised that a manager didn't read the room. Elite members walking right up thru line for 15 minutes while regular check in line was growing. "
