"I will definitely not stay at this place again. I went for a business meeting and was really happy to help a business with tribal ties. I made my reservation, and everything seemed good. Upon checking in, I was asked if I would like a non-smoking room. I said yes and was told that would be a $20+ dollar upgrade. What year is this? I have never been up charged for a nonsmoking room, which is probably 95% of hotel rooms now. They did not have a king bedroom as I reserved, and asked if I was ok...

"I was there Aug 12-16. My room was never clean the entire stay. One day as I was leaving the room the housekeeper was entering. When I returned to the room later that day the room had not been cleaned but she took the $5 tip I had left for her. So basicly the housekeeper entered the room and stole $5 from me. The next day the room still hadnt been cleaned. I went to the front desk and they gave me a clean towel but offered nothing about getting the room cleaned or my $5 back. Dont stay there"

"The staff was extremely friendly. It's a good place to stay in a pinch or last minute. Its an older building and the owner could do better with upkeep. The elevator seems to work okay, but definetly a little concerning to use. The room was clean. The beds are comfortable. We rented three rooms and the air conditioner in one room did not work well. Over all I'd rate it a 5/10. Satisfactory for a night's stay."

"Indoor water park is good for the little ones. Outdoor pool is large. Fitness center was impressive. All Staff were a pleasure to deal with. Complex is large. Pond has peddle boats. Short drive to beach."
