"The bar and restaurant area are clean, and the food and wine offerings are more than acceptable. We were served by a young man in the Bar named Junior… He was excellent. You could tell he was watching out for guests that might be experiencing a problem. Overall, all the staff are highly trained."

"The room was very warm. They sent someone up to make repairs to the air conditioner but they were unable to get it working. They put me in another room but the air conditioner didn't work in that room either. "

L’hôtel était bien pour les besoins que nous avions c’est-à-dire être à proximité de l’aéroport pour notre vol du matin. Le prix était meilleur qu’au Melia à côté."

The convenient shuttle to the airport, which is close by, and the dedicated drivers. Also worthy of mention is the absolutely fabulous breakfast options. "We found either mould or a thick dirty large spot on the floor and some wierd looking filth in the bathroom. Since there is no circulation in “the Box” we were suffocating and could not sleep. The location is the only good thing about this hotel"

"The hotel is next to the train tracks and there are trains running as early as 6 am and late at night. You can hear the train loud and clear. The room and washroom are very small and limited space to walk around. They have no tissue in the washroom."
