"The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Loved breakfast buffet everyday and free happy hour drinks in the evening . The room service was excellent, rooms were spacious. They have restaurants in the property if you don’t want to go outside to eat and the price are almost the same with the restaurants around the area. The hotel is near a groceries store and there are also nice restaurant's ."

"The resort was stunning. Everything was updated except for our room. Had I have known I would’ve booked on the other side of the hotel to get an updated room. Our window view which was ocean view was mediocre at best. Everything else was great though. The staff were phenomenal. Food was fantastic. I would recommend it!"

"Overall, we had a great stay and truly enjoyed our time at the resort. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, and the magician show featuring Reynold Alexander was a highlight of our trip. There are a few areas that could be improved. The pool closed a bit too early, the beach could have been cleaner, and there were fewer activities than we expected. At night, the beach and children’s play...

"My room was paid for half deposit and my card wouldn’t go through when I got there so they wouldn’t let me get it the first night. I have to go get Kash to finish paying for the room. Only they did at night. He didn’t let me in for the room when I pay for the first three nights."

The hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants and a 24HR store across the street. Would recommend this as it was family friendly. We loved the shuttle to and from the beach and hotel."

"I have zero complaints about our stay at Condado Vanderbilt. I traveled with 4 children and from the minute we arrived in the driveway to the minute we left for the airport everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were impeccable and very comfortable. We used the pool the most and loved every minute. Special thank you to the staff at Ola for singing Happy Birthday to me during brunch!"

"The room was clean but towels were less , the front desk woman manager was abrupt when asked a question about how long a room would be cleaned after rebooking for another nights stay due to rebooked flight from airline … the view I had was a narrow view of the beach and a full view of the second floor roof top …the pool gentleman giving the towels was amazing , the staff at the Cafe Cola was great and friendly , the waiter in beach area missed me 3days even after acknowledging me there for...

"The day passes for the pool detract from the overall experience. People who pay for day passes bring their own drinks to the pool, while those of us who pay a high price for our hotel stay have to pay exorbitant prices for drinks there. Day pass holders get discounts, while those who pay for a room receive none. Those who pay for day passes talk loudly and use obscene language at the pool, jumping around and causing a scene. It makes you feel unsafe and disrupts your peace and quiet."
