"This hotel is excellent! Central location you can walk everywhere. Right across from Queen street train station for an easy route to Edinburgh. Staff and service very helpful and lovely. Shout out to Patrick!"

"Had such a lovely stay - was upgraded to a beautiful suite . I have been very ill and only just able to travel again and they left me a beautiful hand written card along with Prosecco and a little teddy . They went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay .
All the staff were so friendly and helpful . The champagne bar is lovely and the location is very central . It will 100% be our only go to whilst in Glasgow .

"I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5."

"The location was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were spotless. We also thought the bathrooms were very clean. The carpet in the bedrooms looked like they were in need of replacement soon. They were tired and worn, but overall, we loved the hotel."

"Whilst I would not actively discourage anyone from staying at this hotel in Edinburgh, our recent experience was a negative one due to the significant noise experienced in the early hours of the morning as a result of the very busy restaurant and bar which is part of the hotel. This may have been outside the norm due to the world cup, however it felt like the hotel prioritised those watching the match over the hotel guests as there was no evidence of any attempt to keep the noise at a reasonable...
